The test teams possess some of the most highly rated industry certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, CCNA, Security/Firewall Certifications, and MCSE. The team also has a deep insight and experience in test automation.
Following is a qualification and certification breakup of the Afila test team
Once part of the Afila Team, all new engineers undergo a 4 to 12 week intensive training program; the program focuses on test equipments like IXIA, ANVL etc. The program also involves hands on configuration of plug and play test bed. The new engineers are only assigned to projects after extensive training, in some cases the training can last up to 3 months for fresh CCNA holders.
With a team structure that encompasses various functional areas it allows us to build in a true differentiator with interoperability tests. The following diagram describes the structure.
